Downloadable NA Logo Artwork

We are providing downloadable files containing approved NA Logo and Symbol artwork. This should assist groups and trusted servants in producing local use literature, flyers, meeting lists, etc.

   Please bear in mind that use of NA trademarks is governed by the Fellowship Intellectual Property Trust (FIPT). These are trademarked images, and must be used with respect.

   We are providing these files with the knowledge and consent of NA World Services (NAWS).

   The stylized NA, the service symbol, and the name Narcotics Anonymous are registered trademarks of Narcotics Anonymous World Services, Inc. All rights reserved. July 2001.

   NAWS has specified that we be aware that their permission is subject to change.

GIF Files

GIF files are simple image files that can be used and viewed by almost any image handling software (including Web browsers).

   The biggest drawback of GIF files is that they are of a "fixed" scale (don't try to make these much bigger than about an A4/US Letter page), and tend to be larger than Postscript files (Except in this case -NA symbols optimize well).

   Clicking on one of the images below will open a new window with a very big image in it. You can drag that image to your desktop, or "right click" on it and select "Save/Download to Disk".

PDF Files

PDF (Portable Document Format) files are meant to be readable and printable by the Adobe™ Reader™ (opens a new window) program. This is a free program that can be downloaded from the Adobe site. We absolutely do not endorse Adobe, nor its products. The PDF format has become a de facto standard, and we are providing our images in as many useful formats as possible.

   Another useful feature of these PDF files is that you can open them with certain editing software, and you can access layers within the document. For professional designers, and for those with the proper software, this format of file may be the best.

   In order to use these files, right-click on the images below, and save the files to disk. They can then be opened, displayed and printed by the Adobe Reader program, or any other software that can open PDF files.

Postscript® Files

Postscript files are "scalable". That means that you can make a Postscript image as big as a billboard, or as small as an earring, with no loss of quality.

   Traditionally, Postscript files are the choice of professional artists and typesetters, as they are often smaller than other formats and offer higher quality.

   The major drawback of Postscript files is that they are usually more difficult to use than traditional image files, and often require special software.
